Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Leh – Acclimatization Day
- Arrival at Leh Airport, transfer to hotel.
- Complete rest for acclimatization due to high altitude (11,500 ft).
- Evening visit to Leh Market, Shanti Stupa & Leh Palace (optional).
Day 02: Leh – Local Sightseeing
- After breakfast, explore:
- Hall of Fame Museum
- Magnetic Hill
- Gurudwara Pathar Sahib
- Sangam (Confluence of Indus & Zanskar Rivers)
- Visit Spituk Monastery on the return.
Day 03: Leh – Same Day Trip to Pangong Lake (Via Chang La Pass)
- Early morning departure (4:30 AM) for Pangong Lake (14,270 ft) via Chang La Pass (17,688 ft).
- Enjoy the serene beauty of Pangong Tso, famous from the movie 3 Idiots.
- Spend quality time at the lake for photography and sightseeing.
- Same day return to Leh by late evening.
Day 04: Leh – Khardung La Pass – Leh
- Post breakfast, drive to Khardung La (18,380 ft) – one of the highest motorable roads in the world.
- Short photo halt and return to Leh.
- Rest of the day free for shopping and leisure.
Day 05: Departure from Leh
- Transfer to Leh Airport for your onward journey with memories of a lifetime.
